this was not an easy decision as I have had a lot compound over the last year and choosing my own mental well being for the first time in my life is long overdue. This was not an easy decision but I do know it is the right decison for me. things wil get better and better the more self aware I become of my blind spots, conquering them head on and then circling back here mid august.
